The villa not only offers vast spaces but also a unique view of the Pacific Ocean–even from the pool. Additionally, there is a private beach section. There are no glimpses into the interior of the luxury estate. However, it is known that the art-loving couple has a gallery where they can place acquired artworks.

The estate was constructed almost entirely from concrete. It was designed by Japanese star architect Tadao Andō on behalf of William Bell, an American art collector. When the house was completed in the 2000s, the price was still 295 million euros, 100 million euros more than this year’s purchase price. The architect maintained a minimalist style for the estate. An important element is the windows, which are floor-to-ceiling and allow the rooms to be flooded with California’s natural light.

185 Million Euros for a Vacation Home?

By the way, the 185 million euro estate is not intended to be the celebrity couple’s main residence. Together with their three children, Beyoncé and Jay-Z primarily live in a house in Bel Air, not far from Malibu. In 2017, the singer and rapper bought the villa for around 88 million dollars.
