How to Make Onion Juice
The process is quite simple. First, cut the onion into large pieces and place them in the jar. Next, add enough honey to cover the onions. Seal the jar and place it in the refrigerator. The onion needs about 24 hours to transfer its beneficial properties to the honey. Occasionally, you can gently shake or swirl the jar.
After a day in the refrigerator, enough juice will have formed to strain. Use a sieve to collect the juice in another container or glass.
Note: Onion juice with honey is not suitable for children under 12 months. Their digestive systems are not yet developed enough to process the bacteria naturally present in honey.
